Staying Connected During Corornvirus Pandemic

With elderly populations especially vulnerable to the coronavirus, nursing homes and assisted living centers have drastically limited access for visitors. I would recommend using facetime to stay connected to our love ones during this pandemic.

It stimulates all the senses, awakens our connection with nature and with our companions, and rewards us with fresh flowers and nutritious fruits and vegetables. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lists gardening as a recommended strengthening exercise.
